Lululog is provided by Shanghai Xiangsu Hangji Technology Co., Ltd. to capture, organize and export personal memories. Available features depend on your version, device and purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling.
You retain ownership of your own content. Only capture, import or share content you are entitled to use. Respect others’ privacy and intellectual property. Do not use the service unlawfully, circumvent purchase verification or compromise its security; legally permitted activities remain permitted. App software, branding and original designs belong to their respective owners.
Logs and media are stored locally by default. Check your backups before uninstalling, clearing data or changing devices. A membership or account does not automatically sync your local media. Protect your account credentials. Account and cross-platform features depend on the version you use.
Check the product, benefits, price, period and renewal conditions before buying. Yearly subscriptions and lifetime purchases are separate products. See our Subscription Terms for billing, trials, cancellation, restoration and refunds.
The iOS software license remains governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. These service terms do not replace it or your agreement with Apple. Other stores’ terms apply to their transactions.
