lululogSubscription Terms
Lululog Pro Yearly is a one-year, auto-renewing subscription providing Pro features during its valid term. Lifetime membership is a separate one-time purchase and does not renew. Benefits depend on the current app, platform and supported device.
Your price, currency, taxes, period and any offer are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation. Yearly plans are billed annually; a monthly equivalent is only the annual price divided by 12. Apple bills your Apple Account under its store rules.
Free trials are available only when offered and when Apple confirms eligibility. Unless canceled in time, a trial converts to the paid yearly plan at the disclosed price. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; Apple generally processes renewal charges within 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before a trial or current period ends to avoid the next charge. Price changes follow Apple’s notice and consent process.
Manage or cancel under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or manage subscriptions here. Uninstalling, signing out or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Remaining access, including during a trial, follows the App Store’s displayed terms and verified entitlement. Cancellation is not a refund request. Request Apple purchase refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com; refunds and revocations may end the associated entitlement.
Restore Purchases checks existing entitlements using the Apple Account that made the purchase; it neither creates a subscription nor restores deleted media. Yearly Family Sharing is available where enabled and supported by Apple; it shares benefits, not your media or account data. Lifetime membership does not include that Family Sharing benefit. Buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an annual plan or refund its cost.
